Shipping & Returns

We ship via Federal Express to all United States destinations. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout time based upon the shipping address you provide. We add 3lbs for packaging and handling to every carton we ship. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Though we strive to ship out each order the day it is placed, please allow 24 - 72 hours processing time before you add FedEx's transit time, depending upon the item purchased. We will send you an email the day your order is shipped along with the tracking number for your convenience. If you have multiple items they may be shipping from our extended warehouses. Please allow 7-10 days for processing time for these items. You will receive a separate notification when your items ship.

Each item is inspected prior to shipment and carefully packed to insure shipment protection in normal transit handling. If the item arrives damaged, please notify us via email or telephone within 7 days of arrival so we may initiate an insurance claim with the carrier. The Shipment Carrier has the right to inspect damage claims. We will either ship a replacement or credit you if the item is no longer available. You must notify us within 7 days of receipt on any item being returned because of damage in transit to obtain return authorization.
